Lead and coordinate all stages of the co-op and internship program. This includes supporting university relationships, co-op and employee onboarding, HR business partnering, community engagement, and expanding our talent pipeline.

I have proctored practices for middle distance and distance athletes. Recruiting new athletes for the cross country and track. Handled team dynamics and logistical affairs.This position also aloud me the opportunity of helping with coordinating events twice a year for Anderson University’s home track meets.

Resident Assistant at Waldorf University, Forest City IA I was a Resident Assistant for two years  Handle student affairs on my floor for 30 students  Plan and coordinate events for my floor  Coordinate with other Resident Assistants in group projects for 20 students

I helped teach some of the fitness classes as well as set up new members on a fitness program. I learned how to clean the equipment and file out paperwork on individuals at the YMCA. I also had the opportunity to help out with the live strong program, which is a program that helps cancer survivors to gain back some of their strength and flexibility.
