Midwest

Program managed a large territory (North Dakota - Virginia) of retail stores as they move to a new supply chain warehouse facility. The new facility improved efficiencies, drove operational savings, and improved sales. The project overall has several key milestones where stores have to make changes to their physical receiving area, increase the holding power of their stocking areas on the sales floor, and learn new operational processes for reverse logistics. Milestones were scheduled on a strict and aggressive timeline. Locations were transitioned in waves and I managed the program throughout five different waves that were occurring simultaneously the majority of the time. In addition to managing the program overall, I traveled to all locations and worked with the store and local field leadership teams on the plan for the new layout for their stores and timeline for completion. After the prep work was completed, I facilitate in person hands on training on new reverse logistics processes that stores will need to follow going forward. Additionally I provide general support to stores and field leadership as needed.

Minnesota And Ohio

Project managed the process for store locations that were permanently closing, and the process to transfer business to a near by location. Responsible for ensuring all milestones are completed on time to ensure that closing stores stay on track operationally and the liquidation sale goes smoothly. Communicated as needed and traveled regularly to each location to oversee process and address any opportunities that come up. Regularly provided updates to store operations and field leadership teams on progress and any associated risks. Provided general store support as needed.
