As a Project Manager I lead cross functional project teams that deliver work process and technology solutions. I lead project planning and management activities throughout the project life cycle and am accountable for budget, contingency, scope, issue and risk management. I also help improve productivity, streamline work processes, help the company to make better business decisions, and enhance our customer relationships through the solutions I lead to implementation. I manage the critical path for the implementation of work processes & information technology projects as well as the overall delivery of solutions into successful support modes. Finally, I also escalate issues which cannot be resolved at the project level to management.

I am part of the larger End User Devices Services team managing services like Workstations (laptops, desktops, tablets), Mobile Devices and Print services. I work closely with other Dow Service teams and key suppliers to facilitate smooth and efficient design and implementation of services globally. I am also accountable for managing total costs of the service providing communications, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction for the services within these areas.

As a Business I/S Analyst, I help to ensure the consumption of I/S services within the businesses I support. This entails partnering with the business to determine business need, assessing consumption through analytics, developing implementation plans based on need, and then acting on those plans.
