Controller for the largest cereal plant in North America, producing over 1MM lbs of cereal a day. I started with making an immediate impact on capital through building discounted cash flows which bring in $100M capital and 5-6% YOY savings annually. We produce cereal on 7 processing lines and 20+ packing lines. My team manages a $130MM overhead budget and $200MM raw/pack budget to ensure continued year over year $/lb improvement, along with ensuring our 250+ skus are running as expected by monitoring throughput, scrap and overweight. I have been trained proficiently to be able to classically tell a story with monthly reporting fromspreadsheets to charts providing information presented for executive management creating a new level of understanding through report enhancement initiatives that I have created and also implemented.I am also experienced in risk management as I have reduced waste with personally developed enhanced reporting methods by 3%. I am technologically efficient as I am consistently upgrading and making changes making smooth transition for corporate networks. Manage four frozen platform brands estimating $570M worth on full P&L procedures, additionally driving Net Sales in new categories. I also developed and implemented reporting/analytical processesdriving departmental decisions. In this role one highlight I can remember is the role that I played when I transitioned departments on new financial system paving way for deeper financial analysis and usage for SAP system

I oversaw 70+ central and private brand sales associates through educational value prioritizing forecast of a $1.3B organization. I diligently reported private brands through Excel spreadsheets while maximizing sales team decisions to increase visibility to the overall risks through personally customized reporting tools.

I managed the working capital balance sheet of consumer foods, by increasing payable terms, showing this improvement in a $6B fund that became available, assisting in future acquisition. I was able to drive money out of the department through touring supplier facilities, setting forth an action clean sheeting gaining the best day to day operations perspectives. I designed and implemented reporting measures combining 3 reports reducing monthly report generation time by 80% and also reduced forecasting time by 50%+ as co-finance lead on a new procurement tool. Finally, I was able to utilize my ingenuity to create an analysis tool driving fact-based negotiationsWorking Capital - Working with CAG employees to help drive working capital savings in AR, AP & Inventory

I directed material spend completing end close processes monthly and $4B annually through analyzing and forecasting data financials. I also supported supply chain into the SAP integration and officiated a forecasting tool which allowed more flexible analysis of direct spend implementation as the finance lead.

Oversaw compliance and financial audits in addition to successfully implementing compliant Sarbanes-Oxley based internal controls with quarterly documentation maintenance.
