Notable Accomplishment:• Successfully brokered profitable energy contracts for five companies that totaled 1.1 million Kilowatts, with a monthly cost savings to the clients of over $350.

Supervised, trained, counseled, and mentored a high-level team of 25 to ensure the correct ordering, receipt and distribution of repairable and consumable parts and the operational readiness of 34 aircraft and seven work centers for the US Marine Corps. Responsibilities also included inspections and repairs of airframe structures and flight control components, and providing on-the-job training and/or technical classroom instruction for Marine Corps personnel on topics ranging from maintenance to regulatory compliance to Marine Corps orders/directives.Notable Accomplishments:• Successfully ordered more than $38 million in aircraft parts, $800,000 in consumables, and more than $400,000 in tools/gear with 100 percent accountability in support of Marine Corps work centers and mission exercises.• Created solutions to material deficits when local supply chains could not meet work center needs and demands - such as expediting the ordering and supply of 300 replacement tools - and worked with other unit logistics managers to successfully procure parts to complete missions and organizational directives.• Oversaw the weekly ordering, storage, distribution, and achieved 100 percent accountability of a massive inventory, including over 1,000 tools in the spare bin and 6,000 total tools in the maintenance shops, 3,000 pieces of gear, and 800 pieces of calibrated gear worth more than $15 million. Supervised, managed, and tracked the Individual Material Readiness List program.• Provided expertise for the squadron on the Tool Control Program (TCP) that resulted in a successful “On Track” report, and procured over $200,000 in tools to complete seven shops’ TCP transition that positively impacted overall unit readiness.
