I love learning, helping, and teaching, and I greatly enjoy contributing to the success of others. This explains why I've stayed in the consulting business for the last 23 years, as it scratches all of those itches on a regular basis. Roughly half of that time has been in the oil and gas sector, from drilling all the way through firing up your gas stove or filling your tank at the pump. All of that time has been focused on helping my clients connect, cleanse, clarify and communicate their data in one form or another. The technologies have changed over the years, but the goals and challenges have remained largely the same.
