Serve as assistant to the head engineer (Chief Project Engineer) for the AE 2100 line of turboprop aircraft engines. Manage a team of engineers who perform a variety or roles on the program ranging from airframer coordination, FAA certification, validation test coordination, systems engineering, requirements management, and project coordination. Customers include the US Air Force, US Marine Corps, Lockheed Martin, Alenia, and Saab. Responsible for setting and managing the engineering budget for the program as well as setting resource requirements.

I lead a cross-functional team of engineers conducting design and analysis work in support of the M250, RR300, and CTS800 helicopter engines. Responsibilities included estimating cost and schedule for projects, working with resource managers to get the required skill sets needed for the job, and insuring that the project was completed on time and budget. I worked directly with program and engineering management to be sure that all requirements were being satisfied.

Team Leader for design team working on the turbine for the F136 engine which is installed in the F35 Joint Strike Fighter currently under development by Lockheed Martin. The team is responsible for designing, manufacturing, and supporting the testing of hardware for the turbine hardware on the F136 engine.
