I managed the hardwood section of FCW, a magazine owned by Hearst Business Media that had 18,100 paid subscribers at the time.Gathered, edited and posted news briefs and stories for monthly e-newsletter called Global, which had 11,400 subscribers at the time.Posted stories and news releases' to homepage, edit them to our style, and format either company logos or photos to run with content.Other responsibilities include generating story ideas for magazine and e-newsletters, interviewing top executive’s, writing articles, mapping out the imposition, editing and proofreading all content for each issue, writing headlines, help design each issue’s cover and managing and editing photos.
