Accomplished CFO with significant Board, private equity, and international experience and broad finance, strategy and business analytics background as well as P&L leadership. During my time there, we grew the company from $500M to just over $1B, and over time I led all finance functions (except tax, treasury, and audit) as well as strategy. The company grew sales by 10% per year and profit by 70%, and I was instrumental in leading the sale to Parker Hannifin in 2019 for 16.5x EBITDA.
