Mr. Wiley, who is the principal at Aaron L. Wiley Law, P. C., practices in the areas of white collar defense and internal investigations. During his time as a county, state, and federal prosecutor, Mr. Wiley tried over a hundred felony jury trials. Before forming Aaron L. Wiley Law, P. C., Mr. Wiley was a partner in Lackey Hershman’s white collar division. Before returning to private practice, Mr. Wiley spent 18 years as an Assistant United States Attorney with the United States Attorney’s Office (USAO) for the Northern District of Texas (NDTX). In his last 10 years with the USAO NDTX, Mr. Wiley specialized in prosecuting health care fraud, bank fraud, theft of government money, and identity theft cases. Drawing on his twenty plus years of experience as a prosecutor, Mr. Wiley is acutely aware of the dilemmas clients face when exposed to civil and criminal liability by the government. Before joining the Federal Government, Mr. Wiley was an Assistant District Attorney in Dallas County. While there, among other things, Mr. Wiley was an organized crime prosecutor, a public integrity prosecutor, and the Assistant Chief of the Misdemeanor Division (where he supervised 32 attorneys). Mr. Wiley began his legal practice as an associate in the commercial litigation section of Norton Rose Fulbright’s Dallas office. When not practicing law, he enjoys contact sports such as Michigan football, MMA, and Texas politics
