Growing up in a rural Iowa farming town, hard work was instilled into my lifestyle from a young age. I was taught to take ownership in every task assigned and provide the highest quality of work to the best of my abilities. While traveling around the country as a teenager, the process and complexity of how buildings and structures were engineered and constructed fueled my curiosity to explore the industry. Due to my ambition of learning as much about the industry as possible, I have been apart of many different aspects of construction, including: commercial construction, water treatment and water delivery, industrial processing and fabrication, and natural gas fracking. I have been exposed to project management, compliance with codes and specifications, estimating/bidding, design programs and software, and the logistics to running a small and large scale jobsite. I thrive while working with others to accomplish challenging goals under pressure, and enjoy being pushed outside of my comfort zone in order reach the end goal.
