Working heavily with the TWM team to create business applications to help increase customer business efficiencies. Effectively taking an old redundant process and making it digital. This included consultancy, build and deployment. I have a talent for placing value added service within my offers setting my propositions above the rest. These services included App development, MDM, EMM, Professional Services, Insurance, extended tenures, lone worker, tracking and securing as much revenue as possible for the business.I have strong relationship with EE’s partners such as Easy Net for additional fixed services that we are unable to offer direct. Delivery of effective tailored training solutions to improve and drive business and operational performance.Provide clear direction and focus for onshore and offshore Service Partner training teams, supporting and enabling delivery of business objectives.Delivery of bespoke training programmes to promote culture change in the work place and world class customer service.Professional delivery of a varied range of operational training programmes including induction, commercial and business change interventions to realise anticipated business benefits.Measure the success of training programmes through testing of learning, conducting assessments and actively gaining feedback from delegates.Support the transition of learning through structured development support in post induction grad bays. Working collaboratively with operational management teams to manage performance and conduct of employees.
