Manual labor in Texas, during the summer. The work in and of itself is not fun, but there is a positive atmosphere which helps things run smoothly. The boss is a master of labor saving devices, and while I cannot always benefit, I have learned a lot about running a large operation with few employees.

I started with this small business a year from its startup. I have learned a lot along the way, growing with the business. The industry is booming, so I have to keep looking for ways to streamline the humdrum to stay afloat. I am finishing my education, so work is second priority, but I am on a path to finish my current courses and take on a higher workload.
