Familiar with a) diverse debt financing instruments, b) different industry sectors especially with deep understanding of high-tech, healthcare, consumer, energy and resources and TMT, c) relevant regulations and policies of different jurisdictions in Asian. Good at screening and identifying diverse market opportunities and strike a deal with risk-reward balance.• Deal Structuring and Execution: Lead the deal team to screen over 100 deals per year. Manage and make sure the deal team to conduct comprehensive due diligence and credit analysis and to provide the optimal financing terms, deal structures and risk management frameworks. Take the lead role in the business negotiation. Liaise with internal teams and external experts to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies and procedures internally and externally.• Team Management and Leadership: Responsible for staffing and work allocation within the deal team, work closely with team members and cultivate a supportive work environment by providing guidance and supporting for their professional development.
