The Senior Recruiter is a sales and management-oriented individual who is responsible for the external recruitment, staffing, and day-to-day oversight of the branch office. In this role, I focus on hiring the right candidates while maintaining compliance with State, Federal, and Company standards. Additional duties include staff development, recruitment, screening employees, hiring procedures, and reactivation of external/field employees.
