I am a seasoned entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the gaming and technology industry, collaborating with industry giants like Activision/Blizzard, Steam, Amazon, PlayStation, Square Enix, and more.Presently, I serve as the Director of Gaming and Esports at PlayStation, following the acquisition of Repeat.gg by Sony PlayStation. My primary focus is to bolster PlayStation's esports presence, both internally and externally, while seamlessly integrating Repeat.gg into their existing ecosystem and enhancing its offerings.My passion for gaming began as an enthusiastic kid volunteering at LAN cafes, which eventually led me to organize and manage esports events across Australasia for organizations like ESL, ESWC, and WCG. My career further evolved as I became a professional gamer, achieving top 3 rankings in the world across multiple game titles and genres. During this time, I also worked as a high rollers croupier and floor manager at a casino, as well as managed one of the largest clubs in Australia, since competitive gaming didn't offer the same financial rewards as it does today. This allowed me the flexibility to travel to events and sustain my lifestyle.Throughout my journey, I have consulted with numerous top gaming companies on various aspects such as game integrity, gamification, server infrastructure, and match-making.As an avid technophile and gaming enthusiast, I relish exploring diverse game genres.
