  In 2012 this business split and as a result I became the Managing Director of a new company called Kenomont Information Systems Pty Ltd with responsibility and oversight of the marketing, design and development of the CMS application, the redesigned and renamed Commodity Management System.I provide both IT consultancy and software development services for a number of projects from conception to delivery and ongoing maintenance and client care; conducting initial client meetings with impressive conversion rates through an exceptional ability to tailor the conversation services to suit a diverse range of clientele; managed expectations and needs of existing clients. I am responsible for managing the financial health of the business by setting of financial goals and objectives and designing a successful framework to meet set goals. Managing the implementation of policy, planning and strategy decisions, overseeing complete business operation and improving organisational processes, quality, productivity, and efficiency make up part of my role.I am adept at identifying commercial opportunities to develop new business initiatives products and services offerings to offset the existing business and compliment the current operations.My skills extend successful integrating services by connecting data between different IT applications.
