Implemented reimbursement reporting feature for back office of web-based electric vehicle charging station system. Used ASP.NET MVC and Javascript/jQuery to handle input and display results. Used LINQ to SQL to retrieve data from the database. Wrote LINQ expressions to extract data. Created and modified database tables using SQL Server Management Studio.

Performed administration, process consulting, customization, and end-user support for configuration, change, and requirements management tools. Received promotion for streamlining internal processes and improving service to enginieers worldwide. Won "Customer First" award in recognition of teamwork in support of ClearQuest pilot adoption. Deployed software tools, SCM processes, and delivered training to design facility in Tokyo, Japan. Used scripts to data-mine global ClearCase database to discover requirements for managing custom trigger solutions. Enhanced monitoring tools to improve resource utilization and avoid costly failures. Scouted and qualified CM-InPractice tool to improve management and reliability of global ClearCase installation.

Built software products for WinCE based terminals (WBT), maintained build environments, developed product install software using InstallShield. Consistently met deadlines for delivery of product builds and release media. Improved effectiveness of product installers by responding to requirements of key stakeholders. Performed maintenance on legacy products in a timely manner.

Implemented features for network computer software, integrated new feature code and bug fixes into product source, maintained build environments and tools, evaluated disassembler software for DAS and Prism logic analyzers. Scouted, qualified, and integrated terminal emulation solution from Pericom Software into NCBridge software. Traveled to Navio to help port the NC Navigator browser to the network computer platform.
