Short Bio:Over three years experience in the design, development, and validation of virtual reality based medical training simulators. I am on path to complete a PhD in Biomedical Informatics from Arizona State University in 2013. All major coursework is finished, so I am open to re-location. My background is in Clinical Informatics and in Engineering having received a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering and a M.S. in Biomedical Informatics from Arizona State University in 2002 and 2009. Over the course of my graduate studies, I was involved in multiple projects spanning the measurement of psychomotor and cognitive fatigue in medical professionals, usability assessment of new medical technologies, and the design of professional training tools and research platforms, including virtual reality simulators.
