I am a not so mad scientist with my degree in environmental science, ready to bring my passion for environmental sciences and apply my skills and experience towards my career. I worked part time in a lab with a doctoral student at UTSA researching the effects of micro plastics in streams of San Antonio. I am skilled in lab techniques, sample acquisition, sample handling, preparation and implementation of quality assurance protocols. Also skilled in field observations, Microsoft Excel, communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking and problem solving. I am passionate about conservation and doing my part in stopping climate change and biodiversity loss, so I am eager to gain experience in Environmental Science fields.
