I work as leader in a dynamic team of managers, buyers, and chefs- guiding the culinary direction of Harmons food operations. My duties include recipe control and development, chef training, kitchen efficiency/ process design, Strategic Business Unit development, sales planning, team building, event planning, new product and private label development, and guiding the culinary vision of the company.I also continue my duties as a team member of Harmons media chefs and advise Harmons Cooking School's vision and direction.

My duties vary from teaching public and private cooking classes to organizing and executing large banquets and "pop-up" restaurant events for a local 20 store grocery chain. Additional duties include T.V. spots, articles, food styling for photo shoots, and recipe development. I work with a dynamic team to help deliver memorable experiences for our customers while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment for my staff and patrons.

- Developed a niche product from conception to full production compliant will all safety and labeling regulations.- Solely handled all aspects of the business from production to sales under extreme time constraints.- Developed in depth cost, distribution, marketing, and sales strategies based on levels of market penetration and regional distribution opportunities.- Closed operations due to stop sale issued by FDA in response to industry wide efficacy and safety concerns (celebrity with an ankle monitor blamed their alarm going off on Kombucha).

- Fine tuned the company’s operations from a fulfillment rate under 80% to 98% within the first six months. I maintained that rate for the four subsequent years. - Managed the transformation of the company’s quality standards; steering the development of our HACCP, CGMP, OSHA, EU/USDA, and EPA compliance programs. Our first audit from our primary Vendor (PetSmart) -using ISO 9000 criteria- set us apart as one of the few facilities to pass. - Managed a major recall on all levels; regulatory, customer service, PR, and vendor relations. As a result of the recall I guided the restructuring of the entire product offering to come into new standards of compliance.- Successfully developed several marketing plans that resulted in increase in sales that exceeded two million dollars.
