Along the way, I snagged “The Pinnacle Award” at a global telecom company (because who doesn’t love a shiny trophy?).I also spearheaded a $38 million project for proactive maintenance, keeping everything running smoothly before anyone knew it needed fixing. Oh, and I built the organization’s first e-commerce training program.
