Since 2016, it has been an honor to call Chef Works home. Working within and leading the Creative Marketing and Brand team at Chef Works has been one of the greatest experiences of my life. The ability to tell stories on a daily basis has been inspiring. Serving a community of individuals and teams that serve others day-in and day-out in the hospitality fields has been educational and rewarding. It is because of their dedication to their craft that we happily show up to work, hoping we can make a difference in their lives.At the same time, I have kept my foot in the door in the live production world. This creative outlet inspires me in all my endeavors and keeps the creative juices flowing. ETS Productions in San Diego has allowed me to work with artists across the entertainment spectrum. From Dave Chapelle to Steve Martin, Sting to Willie Nelson, working with world-class entertainers over the years has been remarkable and a privilege.Previously, I spent five years as the Director of Photography and Media Production Manager at Enjoy Hair Care and worked in some sort of capacity, either camera, director, writer and producer on 53 episodes of Health Beauty Life on WEtv. Going from the hair care industry into the fashion and restaurant world has been fun. Both present their unique challenges and opportunities.

From photography, video, written content, and marketing collateral, it is my job to ensure that we produce or acquire the required assets for each project. With a small team in place internally, we need the collaboration of contract content producers, and it has been my job to establish and nurture those relationships.Chef Works has allowed me to grow into new areas, one highlight of which was the opportunity to help with our in-house social media teams and oversee our content writers and strategy for both. Although not a permanent part of my position, the 18 months that I was able to serve expanded my knowledge base in both areas, hone new skills in data and analytics, and see campaigns through from start to finish.Presently, Chef Works is focusing on expanding its community and media presence online. I am currently building out a robust media strategy that will start to flourish in 2022. Growing a team organically, and producing over 170 new episodes of content for a wide spectrum of deployment destinations. We have ambitious goals, where my previous experience within the social and content writing worlds will become tools readily available to help grow this exciting new project.

I produced eight national commercials that are still airing today. USP also had a media company division that produced five seasons of Health Beauty Life, a 30-minute nationally syndicated show that aired on WETV. I served as Producer for three seasons and directed nine episodes of the show. I also served as the Director of Photography for three editions of a quarterly magazine that shared the same name. Lastly, I conceptualized and implemented Hair Dresser Power, a touring motivational and training seminar for hair care professionals, and conducted both live presentations and virtual training events.
