I started my career working in sales for one of the largest job board groups in the UK, crafting and delivering online recruitment advertising solutions for direct employers, recruitment agencies and marketing agencies across the automotive industry.Headhunted to join one of the UKs leading executive search groups, I then spent 5 years recruiting for senior procurement, supply chain and commercial leaders in the UK and Europe, specialising in permanent and interim appointments across the energy, construction, and manufacturing sectors.I then established the North American division for a specialist procurement recruitment agency, embedding the pace and rigour at which the UK recruitment industry delivers to Fortune 500 clients across the US.After spending six months travelling Japan and Europe, I launched Beewise Talent in 2024 with one simple but ambitious aim – to become the worlds leading procurement talent solutions company.Outside of work, I am a life-long car enthusiast, a regular traveller, and an amateur mixologist.
