As the Vice President of Sales, it is my duty to lead the sales team and ensure that we are constantly innovating and implementing new ideas to propel our future growth. I am committed to identifying new market opportunities, forging strong partnerships, and developing effective sales strategies. In addition to leading the sales team, I also collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process. This involves working closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials, as well as coordinating with the product development team/engineering to ensure our offerings align with market demands.Furthermore, I am constantly seeking out new ideas and innovative approaches to drive future growth for Napco Access Pro. This includes staying up-to-date with industry trends, conducting market research, and identifying potential areas for expansion or diversification.I find it very rewarding to revitalizing a division, cultivate a new team, and work culture.
