Active in the real estate industry for 17+ years, Aaron joined the Bediz Group in January 2019. He has hit the ground running and brings with him a vast knowledge of real estate, new construction and, most importantly, customer service. As a licensed REALTOR in DC, MD, VA and NC, Aaron is an easy conversationalist who listens, stays focused and brings creative solutions to the intricacies of real estate. Through the years he has helped buyers and sellers aged 18-82, always with the same dedication, insight, experience, compassion and a good bit of wit.Aaron was introduced to the importance of client service from his time in the restaurant industry. Aaron purchased his first restaurant at the age of 23 after managing it full-time and successfully increased the revenue 6-fold by implementing smart & effective processes. Shortly thereafter, he opened his second location and later sold both after 10 years to follow his passion of real estate.Early on in his real estate career, Aaron realized his love of design and construction. He helped build and manage five new construction projects and personally rehabbed another four homes! Aaron knows residential construction inside and out, recently adding NABCEP Photovoltaic Associate to his credentials following his interest in green energy. His knowledge is a huge advantage for his clients in evaluating properties, navigating repair negotiations, and estimating costs of needed improvements or customization.In his free time, Aaron and his wife Sylvia love traveling and dining at local restaurants. He is a huge supporter of the military as his father is a retired Navy officer and his son is a recent graduate of the Naval Academy who is currently serving. Go Navy!
