Tasked with overseeing not only our core Lettings & Management division but also the crucial functions of HR, Marketing, and Sales, my role is defined by an unwavering commitment to efficiency, precision, and innovation.A cornerstone achievement has been the creation and expansion of our Lettings & Management division from its inception. Under my stewardship, we now manage a substantial portfolio of over 300 properties, generating a reliable revenue stream exceeding £400,000 annually. This success is underpinned by the operational infrastructure I have meticulously implemented, encompassing everything from reporting systems to compliance protocols, ensuring seamless service and accountability across the board.My remit also extends to the strategic development of marketing initiatives, where I work closely with our teams to craft campaigns that bolster our brand presence and drive engagement in competitive markets. In HR, I am involved in recruiting and nurturing top talent, fostering a high-performance culture that prioritises both team well-being and business results.Alongside these responsibilities, I remain actively engaged in day-to-day sales, leveraging my industry insight to support revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and ensure our service offering consistently exceeds expectations. As an accomplished Operations Executive, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to lead cross-functional teams, improve processes, and drive operational excellence. Following the successful completion of my apprenticeship, I was entrusted with the responsibility of leading the Operations team and ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders across the entire organization.On a day-to-day basis, my role involves closely liaising with all stakeholders to provide comprehensive support to every department of the company. By actively engaging with teams and understanding their unique requirements, I identify areas where process enhancements can be made to optimize productivity and streamline operations.Working closely with upper management, I collaborate on the development of strategic operational targets. Through thorough analysis and forecasting, I contribute to the creation of long-range plans that align with the overall business objectives. Additionally, I am responsible for managing the organization's budget, diligently allocating resources and providing regular updates on financial projections.A notable achievement of mine has been the successful implementation of a range of new processes within our software infrastructure. By leveraging technology, I have empowered every department, allowing them to maximize their performance and capacity. This strategic enhancement has notably impacted both the Sales and Management departments, enhancing their effectiveness and efficiency.I take great pride in my ability to navigate complex operational challenges and drive continuous improvement. Throughout this apprenticeship I learned how to build and maintain effective working relationships within my team and also with a wider range of external stakeholders at all levels. I was constantly striving to develop my knowledge and resilience. I would aim to be resourceful, proactive, and resilient to any challenges that I faced. Some of the achievements in this role included the setting up and management of a Social Media plan, supporting Sales Progression to achieve over 125+ property completions & generally supporting our Operations team to execute changes within the business and setup new services such as Property Management.

I worked in various departments throughout the branch, most notably working on the shop floor as part of the retail team. This role has taught me many skills such as the importance of having a positive attitude and good teamwork as well as the ability to meet deadlines. I have developed in this role and my organisational and leadership skills have allowed me to lead small teams to complete tasks in the branch.
