I started my career specializing in antitrust litigation and merger control, both for the government and later in private practice. Over 10+ years at Intel, I gained a breadth of experience in legal areas adjacent to antitrust, like compliance, anticorruption, intellectual property, ethics, securities, commercial contracting, consumer protection, and truth-in-advertising.Today I consider myself a strong legal generalist who can: distill complex legal issues and strategies for business people at any level of an organization; lead multifaceted teams and complex projects within and across business functions; and deliver results in a timely, effective, and efficient manner. I aspire to take on challenges of greater impact and importance and to keep helping people get to where they want to go.
