I’ve spent my life in sport including a 13-year coaching career in Division I collegiate athletics, and 4 years working with elite Special Forces operators. As a high-level coach, I have honed skills that will serve me well in an organization with high standards and commitment to employee growth and development.I am a coach, which conjures up a specific profile for some, but these are a few skills I have honed that I am confident will serve me well in any organization: - Understanding how to be a team-oriented person who loves to be a part of something bigger than myself- Knowing how to analyze a problem set to develop a results-driven solution- The ability to take direction and vision from superiors and bring that vision to life in a meaningful and actionable way- Being able to evaluate performance and identify areas for development, then enacting plans to optimize performance outcomes- The ability to work with people from every walk of life and the skill to lead diverse groups in becoming the best version of themselves- Knowing that the energy and enthusiasm I demonstrate on a daily basis will directly affect the success of those around me- Exploiting my natural curiosity to learn what others do and what makes them tick; listening for ways in which I can better serve them My robust background and experience will allow me to excel in a new role and prove to be an asset within a team-focused organization.
