There were 13 boys in our dorm that hailed from as close as Boston and as far as Mexico and China. My co-dorm parent and I were responsible for the boys' well-being and healthy living while at school.-In addition to working in the dorm, being a residential faculty member also involved planning and running weekend trips and activities for boarding students. In my few months at Fessenden, I brought boys hiking, to college sporting events, and to various local events.
