-I provide outpatient therapy to neurodivergent and gifted children, adolescents, and their families. I use a variety of approaches, but all of my work centers around teaching practical skills, creating a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship, and empowering my clients toward their goals.-I also offer parent coaching, social and emotional skills groups, and other outpatient therapy services.

-I provide outpatient and telehealth therapy services for children and families. My work ranges from traditional psychotherapy to skills-based therapeutic gaming and "geek therapy." I also specialize in working with gifted and neurodiverse clients, as well as with young athletes.-I offer consulting services and short-term education on social-emotional learning and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

-Provided short-term counseling for students in kindergarten through eighth grade, in addition to parent guidance, behavior planning, and outpatient referrals.-Taught social and emotional wellness and other skills to students and their families, including mindfulness, emotional regulation, cross-cultural approaches to understanding our internal worlds, and how technology influences social connection.-Managed Synapse, an original social and emotional learning and diversity and inclusion curriculum that I designed last summer. I coordinate the program's implementation across divisions and constituent groups, supervise faculty teaching, and provide trainings and presentations to the greater community.-Collaborated with faculty and community providers to accommodate students' mental health, family situations, and learning challenges. I also travel with students across the United States and the world, most recently on a cultural exchange and service trip to Rwanda.

-Outpatient psychotherapist for children, adults, and groups with a variety of presenting problems and diagnoses.-Maintained an independent caseload which requires assessment, treatment planning, and progress notes. Several cases have required crisis intervention and collaboration with local resources and other providers.-Received supervision in several treatment modalities, including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, narrative, group interpersonal, and internal family systems.

-Communicated and set accommodations for college-aged students with disabilities.-Hired student notetakers and matched them with students with disabilities' approved accommodations.-Conducted a self-guided research project on the physical environment of campus and accessibility for students with limited mobility.-Provided administrative support for the Office of Disabilities Services.

-Individual and group counseling for students in kindergarten through eighth grade. Practice areas included cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic treatment.-Taught social and emotional learning in classrooms throughout the school. Lessons focused on problem-solving, empathy, social skills, and emotional regulation.-Hosted lunch groups and special activities for students with specific needs.-Coordinated the after school program, which offered a variety of electives and activities for elementary and middle school students.

-A summer leader-in-training program where I mentored and lead twelve campers toward becoming summer camp counselors.-The REACH program combined working on camp with travel and service on Native American reservations in South Dakota. My trip guide and I were responsible for safety, programming, and mentoring during our three weeks won the Cheyenne River Reservation.

-Assisted the fourth grade team in teaching, lesson planning, and managing three classes of sixteen boys each. For the first four months of the year, I worked with a long-term substitute while one classroom teacher was on maternity leave. For the remainder of the year, I am assigned to work with two experienced, more senior teachers.-Designed and taught a kindergarten science curriculum for the school's two kindergarten classes. My co-teacher and I emphasized hands-on, experiential learning in a broad, exciting, and high-energy curriculum.-After school, I coached middle school soccer and basketball teams. At this age, the students traveled and competed with other schools in an inclusive, team-focused environment. There are no cuts at this age, and we worked to create a positive experience for all skill levels.-I lived on campus and worked as a dorm parent for boarding students. There were 13 boys in our dorm that hailed from as close as Boston and as far as Mexico and China. My co-dorm parent and I were responsible for the boys' well-being and healthy living while at school.-In addition to working in the dorm, being a residential faculty member also involved planning and running weekend trips and activities for boarding students. In my few months at Fessenden, I brought boys hiking, to college sporting events, and to various local events.

-A seasonal summer position where I oversaw the safety, well-being, and development of 130 boys between the ages eight and ten at an overnight camp for boys-Managed and mentored a team of 25 high school and college-aged cabin counselors and program staff members-Lead the entire camp community alongside the camp director as a member of the administrative staff

-Taught and supported students with autism, downs syndrome, and other disabilities in one-on-one and integrated settings-Helped students with disabilities participate in regular education activities like music, lunch, recess, and classroom lessons-Worked with individualized education and behavior plans to promote and monitor student development-Substitute taught in grades kindergarten through six on an as-needed basis.
