I’m a marketer who likes to straddle the line between the creative and analytical sides of marketing, but that is just part of who I am. I'm also a skier, an aspiring landscape photographer, a mountain biker, a rock climber, a backpacker, and someone who loves life. While attending college at Utah State University, I worked a several positions in the outdoors and skiing industries. I did everything from lift ticket sales, to buying for an online outdoor retailer, to guiding boy scouts around Catalina Island in a 12 person war-canoe, before I finally discovered a passion for marketing. My first internship allowed me to hone by writing and social media skills by working for the College of Agriculture running their social media. Growing up in Utah, just minutes from ski resorts, trails, and rock climbing crags, I developed a passion for mountain sports, and a knack combining my professional and recreational life in the outdoors and marketing industries. In 2015 I interned on the events and branding team for Goal Zero, telling the brand story through event activations, including the Outdoor Retailer show. After receiving my Bachelors of Arts in Marketing from Utah State University in 2016, I continued to ad skills and experience to my quiver while working in marketing for Fieldstone Homes before returning to the outdoor industry and working for Experticity.
