I prepared and managed NEPA documents such as Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, and Categorical Exclusions. Additionally, I developed wetland/habitat mitigation and restoration plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), and conducted analyses for project feasibility studies related to military and border security infrastructure.I also played a key role in field studies and construction monitoring within the U.S.-Mexico Border Area of Texas, Arizona, and California. My responsibilities included conducting wetland delineations and preparing Clean Water Act Section 404 permit applications for both public- and private-sector clients. My responsibilities included collecting field data and samples from remote areas of the Louisiana coastal marshes, bottomland hardwood, and cypress forests.
