Identity Intelligence Integration TeamIntegrate Biometrics and Identity Intelligence capabilities into joint-level operations among the Combatant Commands (COCOMs) as a member of the Identity Intelligence Tradecraft Team. Provide instruction to COCOM key leaders and analytical cells to expand area of responsibility (AOR) specific biometric watchlists, further develop COCOM-specific Biometrically-Enabled Intelligence (BEI) and I2 analytical methodologies, demonstrate how to effectively utilize and leverage all BEI and I2 databases, and prepare commands and staffs to reliably collect quality biometric enrollments and other I2-related collections valuable to conduct meaningful analysis. Establish links between COCOMs and the I2 divisions at NGIC and USSOCOM. Develop and participate in large scale military exercises ensuring I2 implementation and integration into every echelon of military operations from the tactical to strategic levels.

Team lead currently providing analytical and subject matter expertise in All-Source/Biometric Enabled Intelligence, Identity Intelligence (I2) performing rapid data-mining and research to create all-source biometric intelligence products and provide input to the Biometric Enabled Watch list (BEWL).Assisting in the I2 effort at an Exploitation Analysis Center using data to further develop persons of interest.

Trains software, such as BI2R and writing BIARs. • Coordinates events with US Army units, sister services, DOD agencies, DHS agencies and the FBI at the tactical and strategic level. • Experience supporting C-IED, BEI, All-Source requirements for NGIC, CITP, COIC, JIEDDO, NGIC WTI, CEXC and SOCOM.
