I have transitioned into a similar role to my previous one, however I am now working within the Jaguar Land Rover Learning Academy.I am responsible for understanding, developing and delivering creative learning solutions to our Manufacturing teams across JLR.

In my role as Competency Developer, I am the subject matter expert for Manufacturing working within the wider HR Technical Capability team.

Placement carried out in the Global Manufacturing Innovations department at Jaguar Land Rover based at the University of Warwick. Primary focus and work area within the Human Centric Manufacturing team.

Within my role as an Engineer on the F-Pace, Velar & Range Rover Sport models within the Current Manufacturing Engineering department for Body in White, I was responsible for overseeing the handover of the processes and vehicle from AME to CME, as well as interacting with other technologies to ensure the launch process runs smoothly.Once the vehicle was into full production, my role reverted to general CME duties as detailed below, but I also oversaw the introduction of further models onto our platform. As part of my daily roles and responsibilities, I was expected to lead projects relating to quality and productivity, as well as monitoring and reacting to all of the metrics that we as a department were responsible for. Within my work area, I was responsible for several assemblies and this consists of looking to improve the processes in which they come together and to deliver constant improvements to the dimensional integrity. As a summary, my key responsibilities were as follows:• Improvements to the dimensional stability and capability of the vehicle• Manage and complete key quality projects relating to the body shop• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure fixturing and parts are of the highest quality• Feedback to senior managers at weekly meetings (5F, MTC, PQR)• Utilise CATIA experience to interrogate assemblies for dimensional variations against specification• Ensure each process has a suitable QPS / WES that has been verified against the GSPAS• Develop new strategies including quality checks to ensure all defects are dealt with in house (Kaizen, Pro-Active Approach)

Within my role as an Engineer within the Current Manufacturing Engineering department working on Defender at Solihull, I worked within the 'Body in White' environment and my primary responsibility was to ensure that the quality levels of both the vehicle and the process are as high as they can be.As part of my role, I was expected to lead projects relating to quality and productivity, as well as monitoring and reacting to all of the metrics that we as a department were responsible for. Within my work area, I was responsible for 4 assemblies and this consists of looking to improve the processes in which they come together and to deliver constant improvements to the dimensional integrity. Within my role as a Support Engineer on Defender, I was responsible for assisting the Senior Engineers in maintaining the quality levels of both the vehicle and the process. I was required to assist and lead projects related to quality improvement and I have partaken in several projects which have led to the overall Dimensional Capability reaching the highest quality level in several years.• Improving the dimensional stability of the Dash, Seatbase and Wing assemblies• Responsible for the Pp Improvement Project for the whole of BIW• Fully trained in JLR Issue Systems & Process Writing• Support Senior Engineers to deliver projects through the Manage The Change process• Weekly attendance and feedback at Defender Quality Review• Implement proposed facility changes through AutoCAD layouts

My apprenticeship at Jaguar Land Rover spanned across a course of 4 years in which I completed academic studies and work-place experience. Within the academic side of the Apprenticeship, I attended City College Coventry & Warwickshire College where I was able to attain a Foundation Degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as several other qualifications. In the workplace, I was primarily based within the Range Rover Current Manufacturing Engineering (CME) Body in White (BIW) department. I completed several successful placements within Range Rover BIW Production, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering & Plant Vehicle Team Engineering before returning to my post on Range Rover. Within my role in CME, I was mainly responsible for completing line trials and assisting our Sub System Team Coordinator with the necessary checks and measures on the Range Rover vehicle.

Joint owner of Habits Records, an underground record label specialising in releases of minimal tech house music. We distribute on Beatport, iTunes, Amazon Music amongst other music streaming services. As well as music releases, we run a series of events under the Habits Records name.

Football Development Officer at Coton Green Football Club, based in Tamworth. Key responsibilities of the role include:- Creation of the coaching syllabus for delivery by coaching staff from mini-kickers up to U16s- Development of a coaching structure that ensures the best development pathway for both players and coaches- Mentoring of coaches to ensure sufficient opportunities are given for them to progress their skill sets (inclusive of FA courses, CPD events, internal training)- Maintenance of various databases held around the coaching staff- Acquisition of funding to support coach development, including grants and bursaries from local and national agencies

As a waiter at The Centurion Restaurant & Bar in Tamworth, I was responsible for serving food to the customers who frequented the venue. My main focus was to ensure that the food was presented and delivered within a reasonable time frame and that the customer was as satisfied as possible with the service.

Within my role at KFC, I was responsible for ensuring there were enough cooked chicken products available to cope with the constant flow of orders coming through from the customers.
