As the Pre-Sales Manager, I will lead the technical engagement with potential clients, delivering expert guidance and demonstrating the capabilities of our LMS solutions to address customer needs. As an integral part of the sales process, the Pre-Sales Manager will work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to showcase the LMS’s value, drive customer buy-in, and ensure a smooth transition from lead to implementation.My primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue generation through effective pre-sales activities.

My main responsibilities are to manage product concept & innovation, design, UX/UI, prototyping and testing. In order to do that, myself and my team need to determine customers’ needs, requirements and feedback by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. This information and data is collected and integrated into our product planning and development process.My role is typically seen as the CEO of a product. This means I’m responsible for making product decisions and often act as the lead resource when deep product expertise is required. This includes supporting my organizations that help bring the product to market and work directly with customers -- namely marketing, sales and support.
