Manage an operational team supporting corporate services provided through Enterprise Solutions; Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, Office 365, Backups, Oracle, etc. Lead team members through mentoring and establishment of best practice standards, policies and procedures. Provide architectural guidance on new/improved operational solutions while working closely with management, engineering, and support services teams.

Provided coordination and focus of all the company’s information technology needs and design. This encompassed all hardware and software related requirements as well as the continuing efforts to create further efficiencies through the integration of relevant technology. Collaborated with subject matter experts to anticipate additional resources or technological improvements necessary to meet future requirements, including evaluating existing systems to determine if they continued to meet the company’s needs and make appropriate recommendations if changes were required.

Oversaw development of revenue management and admission control systems for Tokyo Disneyland, overseeing all aspects of architecture, design, and resource allocation. Liaised with project managers as well as supervised a team of 5 developers to ensure project completion as per stipulated goals.

Provided technical support to Network Administrators, Application Developers, DBAs, and the Desktop Support Group. Also assisted in designing and implementing all computer and network topology allowing a small support staff to manage a network of over 1500 PCs located across 2 sites. Designed and developed applications that interfaced between legacy databases and Oracle as well as hundreds of network utilities.
