I'm excited to share that I've taken on a new role as Executive Vice President, where I'll be working directly with our CEO to drive mental health product strategy and development. In this role, I'll be working with businesses to help provide their employees with the best mental health tools to succeed and thrive. I know firsthand the pain that mental health issues can cause. My brother died by suicide, and I've also struggled with my own mental health. As I'm sure all of us have, at times. I'm grateful we live in a more honest, vulnerable time period where it's acceptable to have ups and downs and acknowledge that we're all working toward the same thing: progress. That's why I'm so passionate about this work. I want to help others who are struggling, and trying their best despite their mental health setbacks and I want to make sure that businesses are doing everything they can to support their employees' mental health.
