Project Archetype is focused on private label design and manufacturing primarily within a number of automotive aftermarket industries. Specifically focused on new product development, integration of new design techniques into current product lines as well consulting on market trends with a particular focus in the exotic and high end automotive aftermarket.Within the design scope of the business I utilize the lastest 3D modelling, 3D rendering and post production software to design and visualize customer facing products. This includes the Solidworks suite for 3D CAD design, Keyshot for product rendering as well the Adobe Creative Suite of products for post production.On the consulting side, I draw from over 18 years of direct industry experience in the automotive OEM and aftermarket with regard to industry trends, growth markets within the automotive field as well am versed in a variety design, fabrication, mechanical, automotive electronics integration and finishing techniques.

Regional Service Manager for the lower mainland region (Metro Vancouver, Surrey, Langley, Fraser Valley and Whistler). In this role I am responsible for the management of 30 service technicians, fabricator/welders, as well dispatch staff servicing the lower mainland region both in our facility, as well our mobile service units.

I managed the direction and day to day activities of the Service Department at O'Connor Chrysler, a family owned, full service Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep dealership. I managed the daily operations and staff (of 8) within the Retail Service team at Leavitt Machinery. This role saw me oversee both our internal team as they engaged in retail sales of service and maintenance, as well I was responsible for managing the fleet assets of our medium to large customers inclusive of preventative maintenance, turnout and fleet planning with a primary focus on the oil and gas industry in Northern AlbertaThis role included but is not limited to-Management of fleet maintenance for large accounts-Fleet forecasting for new acquisition, turnout and asset disposal-Department staff management-Training of Inter/Extra departmental staff-Tracking department metrics through a customized database-Maintaining constant revenue growth in conjunction with maintaining solid profitability -Monitoring and managing department KPI's-Development of internal procedural documents and training materials-Customer relations and conflict resolution-Lead first aid attendant for this location (OFA level 2)-Member of branch safety committee This is a new and constantly developing and growning team under the service department at Leavitt machinery. Six Zero Design and Machine was created as a design entity specifically focused on product design and development for the aftermarket automotive wheel industry.Through utilization of the Solidworks CAD design platform for all of my 3D design work and Keyshot for the final product renderings we were able to bring ideas from concept to reality. During my tenure at Six Zero I designed products for a number of the leading forged multi piece wheel manufacturers in California and Florida.

During my final year with the White Rock location I became the store manager and was responsible for the daily operations of this location, including:-Dispatching and customer booking-Claims creations, processing and filing-Customer Relations-Invoicing-Inventory management-Technical training and product developmentIn my last 2 years with Broco I moved into the role Branch Manager for their head office location in Coquitlam. As this was the main technical and training branch for the company I was responsible for not only the daily operations of the branch but also company wide technical training and assessments.

As the lead technician at Broco Glass Groups White Rock location I was responsible for the following.-Installations of Automotive Glass-Planning and Installation of high end residential and commercial glazing-Large project planning and management-Technical training -Inventory management-Customer service and billing-Insurance claims creation and processing-Records management and depositsAs the initial installer at this location I was an integral component in helping build this branch into the premiere high end facility it still is to this day. Due to our highly trained installation staff we were able to service and install products ranging from high end automotive brands such as Aston Martin, Porsche and Ferrari to premiere residential/commertial glass products from PPG, Nana Wall, and Vitrum.
