- Driving the Hedge Fund business growth as a Relationship Manager. - Put in place the infrastructure and platforms required for trading with Hedge Funds – including Credit framework, Legal documentation, and implementing Margining process.- Regular interaction with Senior Management up to CFO and CRO levels for presentation of the business proposals and implementation plans.- Coordinate and driving the implementation of Portfolio Margin and VaR Initial Margin calculation system within the bank.- Responsible for all Hedge Fund related business and trade structures

Hedge Fund Credit Risk Control- Manage portfolio in excess of 100 hedge fund clients. Responsible for managing risk exposure to the funds, and regular review of the portfolios- Perform credit due diligence, and writing credit review on funds, based on understanding of the funds’ investment strategy, risk management guidelines and operational framework.- Provide trade approvals based on analysis of the risks of the trades and accordingly apply appropriate initial margins based on risk appetite for the hedge fund.

Collateral Management- Responsible for supervising margin team, and managing the daily margin process of the Bank. Ensure that collateralized relationships with counterparties are performed in accordance to credit documentation executed.- Involved in several key initiatives to provide better solutions to clients, as well as improving overall process of the key functions in the margining and client valuations team.- Process Excellence lead within the team in Singapore. Responsible for creating process maps and dashboards, and identifying key areas which would benefit from process improvement projects.- Assumed regional responsibilities in several projects for global FX margin and collateral management initiatives, including new business initiatives and system enhancement projects.
