Managed all client data integrations for the company. These projects involved the identification, collection, and processing of client data required to profile and target customers, algorithmically select TV ad placements, and measure TV campaign performance.Served as the company’s primary contact to clients’ IT organizations to develop required client data feeds. Successfully completed data integrations with CARFAX, Rhapsody, Physicians Mutual, art.com, Electronic Arts, and Ritani among others.Coordinated the exchange of clients’ first-party data with the company’s data partner, Acxiom, for the purpose of demographic profiling. Documented and managed the secure data exchange process.

Oversaw the on-boarding of all clients onto the company’s service platforms. This included clients of the company’s TV media agency, PrecisionDemand, its Per Inquiry (PI) ad network, and its early-stage media optimization Software as a Service. 60+ implementations were completed with each involving the setup of data feeds, data warehouse processing, and web portal deployment.Setup the company’s ad operations dept. when TV media agency PrecisionDemand launched in 2009. Staffed and managed the dept. responsible for entering media buys, submitting orders and traffic instructions, distributing creative, and verifying purchased media aired.Managed the deliverables of a software support team located in Bangalore, India that ranged in size from 3 to 8 full-time equivalents over the course of a 13-month period. This offshore team was used to maintain the company’s legacy order processing platform, data warehouse, and reporting system while it transitioned to becoming a TV media agency.
