I currently manage our network of independent manufacture representatives throughout the United States as well as work hand-in-hand with our distribution partners in the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.

I joined the organization in 2013 in the role of Director of Youth Development. In this role I designed and implemented two (2) new programs at the u9 and u10 levels within our competitive track as well as rewrote the club’s player development curriculum to better solve the developmental gaps I had seen within the current programing.Soon thereafter I was promoted to club Technical Director in the November 2014 and charged with the oversight of all coach education, execution of player development curriculum, management of competitive coaching staff (between 30-40 coaches annually), oversight of competitive programming and the directors of each respective program therein.At the time of my departure LYSA/CSC was the largest youth soccer association in Louisiana registering between 3,500-4,000 players annually. As Technical Director I was responsible for the communication of the club vision, direction, and actions throughout the club membership as well as full-time and part-time coaching and administrative staff requiring excellent written and oral communication abilities, as well as proper foresight and strategic planning within the ever-evolving youth soccer environment.I was also heavily involved in the expansion on programming to additional sites outside of the complex directly owned by LYSA/CSC.In 2016 I played a key role in the development of the first elite player development program in Louisiana, The LYSA/CSC Senior Academy Program, including all strategic planning, staffing, budgeting, and logistical elements, as well as the education, communication, and area-wide branding of the program prior to its implementation.Additionally, I was responsible for the creation of the LYSA/CSC Webinar Series; the first online, interactive coach education program in Louisiana, after evaluating the organizations deficiencies in coach education at the grassroots level

Roles and responsibilities included serving as the program’s recruiting coordinator, planning and implementation of training sessions, video analysis, academic oversight of student-athletes, management of the program’s equipment inventory, game scheduling, fundraising, team travel arrangements, and implementation of summer camps and clinics.Serving as the program’s recruiting coordinator, secured the commitments of the top two (2) recruiting classes in the history of the ULM women’s soccer program.The ULM soccer program has garnered the honor of having the highest team GPA of all athletic programs on campus three (3) of the four (4) academic years I was on the coaching staff; including the graduation of fifteen (15) student athletes during the same period. Ten (10) of these former student-athletes have either completed or were in the process of working towards completion of post graduate degrees at the time of my departure.
