First employee hired by Motion Technologies. Attended Parker Hannifin’s premier cATCh program which provided a solid foundation on motion control principles, application engineering, and sales techniques. Responsible for sales and technical support in an assigned territory. Assisted with several aspects of running a small business including quoting, purchasing, invoicing, shipping, receiving, and manufacturing. Consulted and provided solutions for integrators, end-users, and OEMs, growing the business year to year.

Served in 3rd Ranger Battalion/75th Ranger Regiment in several capacities including gun team leader and trainer. Developed team work and leadership skills in a high stress and challenging environment. Honed my interpersonal skills by working with people from various regions and backgrounds.
