Event Production / Brand ExperiencesNve Experience Agency Sep 2022 - PresentLos Angeles, California, Us• Client list includes but not limited to: Vevo, adidas, ADCOLOR, Showtime and more.• Co-produced the Adidas Golf 2023 launch, executing a 3-day golf experience catered to 150 media guests and internal stakeholders. Over the course of the three days the event received significant exposure through adidas Golf’s main social media channels, attracting a wide audience and generating a substantial number of views.• Independently managed the production of 600 influencer seeding kits for adidas golf. Including inventory management and fulfillment which partially included a hotel room drop for the 150 event attendees.• Led the talent management and onsite event logistics for Vevo’s 2023 Newfronts, managing a six (6) person team. The activation hosted 350 guests providing experiential touchpoints strategically placed throughout the venue and a keynote presentation highlighting Vevo’s CTV experience. With a captivating post-presentation performance by Vevo Partner, J Balvin.• Served as a key member in Vevo Newfronts post-activation $1MM budget reconciliation as well as the execution of the event close, consisting of vendor payments and expense reporting.• Co-produced Darren Dziencoil’s CARN*EVIL Halloween party. Transforming a Bel-Air mansion backyard into a nightclub, inspired by Dziencoil’s infamous 1OAK, for 700 guests. The Circus-themed party featured a lavish circus tent, with bottle service, live snake charmers, stilt walkers and carnival inspired F&B and performers. Along with surprise performances from Chris Brown and Tyga.• Supported the execution of Showtime’s official New York Comic Con Heroes After Dark party — Hive After Dark, for the Showtime original Yellowjackets. The event reached of more than 2 million individuals online. Showtime’s collaboration post with NYCC reached 71K individuals and their Instagram stories were seen by 228K individuals, while guests who were tweeting about the event on-site reached another 193k individuals on Twitter. -
Event Production / Brand ExperiencesInvisible North Mar 2019 - Apr 2021Brooklyn, New York, Us• Client list included but not limited to: American Express, Spotify, Hasbro, Hermés, Bumble, Netflix, LinkedIn, H&M, Uniqlo, Propel and more.• Co-lead the guerrilla marketing execution for the Gorilla’s delivery app US launch in NYC. We used wild postings, street stencils and OOH media placements, along with OOH installations at targeting locations in key areas around NYC to support our campaign.• Responsible for influencer procurement and management, along with the digital strategy to celebrate the new Purple Austin Showroom. The strategic influencer campaign reaching over 60,000 people and generating over 100,000 social media impressions, anchored around owning great sleep during the two times a day Purple connects with its customers the most – dawn and dusk.• Co-produced Spotify’s Summer Rewind, a rooftop soirée and music trivia showdown to celebrate the biggest records of the season at the Hotel 50 Bowery Rooftop in NYC. The event saw 120 guest and generated over 32 million press impressions, along with 41 social post by influencers, garnering 17 million impressions.• Lead on-site execution of Spotify’s Halloween Costume Shop, an immersive pop-up featuring 12 different costume pieces based on the iconic looks of musical artists, celebrated by Spotify’s Stay Scary playlist. The event drew a crowd of over 1,500 guests, as 1,000 costumes and roughly 1,100 artist poster were given away to fans by the end of the day.• Served as a key member of the 360 campaign launch around the new Nerf Ultra blaster through the lens of a global competitive championship series. Producing a product reveal spot for global distribution, that played in 140 countries, as well as an integrated influencer content series that featured 20 influencers from around the country. The entire competition resulted in enough content for a 10-part YouTube series and over 11.6 million social media impressions. -
