CurrentManage short and long term projects conducted on behalf of municipalities, government ministries (Finance, Transportation, Housing and Construction), public entities (Planning Authority, Land Authority, Urban Regeneration Authority, Israel Railways) and private developers across Israel. Projects span a variety of disciplines and sectors, requiring ongoing client relationship management, daily cooperation of in-house real estate appraisers, economists and engineers alongside external architects and consultants, as well as proficient use of ArcGIS.Project areas include:1/ Strategic planning and financial analyses conducted on the municipal, regional and national levels, aimed at streamlining and strengthening government administration and management.2/ Economic and planning feasibility studies and demand analyses for proposed residential and commercial developments, including urban revitalization and public transport projects. 3/ Statutory plan management for residential, commercial and mixed-use development throughout the rezoning lifecycle, from preliminary concept through to entitlement. Plan management responsibilities comprise building the planning team budget, team member selection and engagement, drafting and coordinating planning alternatives and statutory documents through to submission for public scrutiny and all required approvals by the relevant local, regional and national planning committees. 4/ Negotiating long term development agreements between municipalities and government ministries, aimed at increasing the national housing supply while securing much-needed financing for citywide infrastructure projects (roads and transit, parks and green spaces, public utilities) and public uses (schools, community facilities).
