As an intern at Lendkey, I was the primary point of contact for our clients. I worked to facilitate client transactions through excellent oral and written communication. With our client-based approach, we made the lending process as fluid and worry free as possible. I was in charge of taking calls, managing outbound calls, and reviewing documentation. During my time at LendKey, I was also assigned 2 projects. The first project was to come up with a way to salvage revenue through technological innovation. We were in charge of coming up with an idea and analyzing its feasibility. This included financial and industry analysis along with research. Our final project was a collaboration their Data analytics department where we analyzed default rates among the schools in our system and come up with a plan moving forward for the company. As the project leader, I assumed the responsibility of making sure the conclusions were both feasible and that they added the maximum amount of value to the company.
