Lead Project Manager / Scrum Master
Lead Project Manager and Scrum Master responsible for planning, budgeting, and overseeing all special projects as designated by the Head of School. In charge of installing agile values and mentoring campus-wide teams to function as effectively and efficient as possible.Spearheaded the FCDS Outdoor Classroom Initiative to budget, design, and build three underutilized spaces on campus.
