• Operations Management: responsible for the day-to-day operational duties required to allow our organization to run successfully.• Serve as direct point of contact for our clients and physician team. Meet these clients’ needs by delivering timely and successful solutions.• Develop and maintain trusted, long-lasting relationships with our client base as well as our physician team.• Assist with the on boarding of physicians joining our team. This includes building relationships and training on our PACS system. • Maintain current client base and identify/pursue new business opportunities through inside sales strategies and networking. Work with sales and marketing team to create marketing materials.• Prepare metrics (such as turnaround time reports and quality assurance) for clients on a quarterly basis or as needed.• Monitor our organization's reading worklist to ensure exams are being interpreted in a timely manner and notify the physician team or clients with any patient specific information.• Collaborate with a team to create and maintain a monthly physician reading schedule.• Work directly under the Executive Vice President to alleviate day-to-day operational tasks.• Responsibility for in-house digital mammography workstation. This includes upkeep of MQSA documentation, scheduling physicist yearly monitor inspections and overall quality assurance for both reading room and monitors.• Manage a team of support staff for afterhours support coverage to ensure our operations are running at peak performance 24/7/365.

• Responsible for inside sales and marketing campaigns.• New business development/lead generation by actively pursuing new clients by speaking with a wide range of hospital employees from the Director level to C-Suite.• Relationship building with potential clients to meet hospitals and/or other physicians’ groups wants and needs to ensure a smooth sales process.• Researched and analyzed competition to identify opportunities and trends throughout the marketplace.• Worked with a team to create marketing materials for presentations and targeted marketing mailing campaigns.• Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of in-house digital mammography reading workstation.
