In my role as a VP & Associate General Counsel, I offer support in developing and implementing long-term business plans and training regimes by collaborating with senior management and business leaders. Along with extracting the reports and preparing material for BoD meetings and presentations, I also provide in-house training to employees on anti-harassment policies, antitrust compliance, intellectual property, document management, and environmental advertising law. In my role as a Real Estate Associate, I evaluated diligence and prepared disclosure agreements for commercial real estate loans and securitization thereof in capital markets.
