I've since referenced the quote above as a compass to every facet of my career and it has always rung true.I started off my career as an outbound telesales representative (I know, tell me about it.)It was the most one of the most painful yet enlightening phases of my life. I came to learn this truth: While each individual's psychological makeup is different, a well built sales funnel leads to the same end.I was instantly hooked. I wanted to figure it out, how can I understand my clients' need and communicate value over a call?I spent days and weeks building multiple outcome scenarios for every question I could ask over a call, and how I could drive the conversation to a favourable outcome. It finally all came together.Over a call to a client, I was poached to set up a telesales team for a national private university; have gone on to become a top-performing business development professional and have led multiple sales teams to overachieve targets but what truly excites me is the enticing world of food & beverage.Today, I build corporate partnership, derive campaign strategies, carry responsibility for revenue growth of SEA's leading startup, dahmakan.
