In conjunction with Next Sequence Ventures: I worked to co-found a seed stage venture capital fund with a partnered AI and data architecture accelerator. • Devised and delivered a special events and content strategy, expanding the pipeline to 120 startups at $2B valuation within the first three months.• Negotiated and finalized $1.1M in investment pledges after pitching to hundreds of Limited Partners both in person and virtually.

(Client site lead through U.S. Events and Media vendor, Team People.tv)▪ Devised and executed multi-space conferencing center production plan, managed content, speaker, and materials prep, and coordinated event communications and client engagement across global portfolio▪ Ensured accurate budget and resource forecasting and led cross-functional teams and projects, collaborating with Event Management System (EMS) to deliver VIP experience to internal committees and world leaders▪ Led transition to hybrid and virtual meetings, created all event services SOPs and custom registration and expense reporting models, and managed concurrent timelines for 200+ annual conferences

(Client site contract through Events and Media vendor, TeamPeople.tv)▪ Led 3-month consulting project at WBG Paris to develop new client site and redesigned event operations workflow, reducing planning time by more than 50% and eliminating 99% of resource allocation errors

▪ Secured hundreds of tour dates, negotiated contracts, managed budgets and trade show marketing campaigns, won publishing contracts with Hulu and Vogue, and drove sales/client acquisition by producing more than 2,000 events with private enterprises, government agencies, outdoor festivals, and houses of worship

▪ Reduced staff turnover by developing an apprentice program and saved 18% on overhead through digital renovation, staff re-organization, salary management, and scheduling for a 1,200-capacity dual stage venue

Trapeze School New York (Washington DC branch) is a recreational circus school where I instructed terrified students of all ages, providing both physical and psychological coaching.This was an enormously fulfilling role and I still count many close friends from my time here. Thrill-seeking students would sign-up for a taste of adventure, but they would continue coming back because of the community, support, and positivity we became known for. I believe that what students took away most was a newfound confidence - they faced their fears. Helping people achieve this is rewarding on a level you don't often have the opportunity to experience.

Music has always been a huge part of my life. In DC, playing music with others was how I connected with friends and colleagues and developed my network.
